Notes:
- Subscriptions for playing members include the relevant affiliation fee to the Lawn Tennis Association or
the Croquet Association. This is £7.75 for adults and £2.45 for juniors. If any member plays both
tennis and croquet then an additional affiliation fee of the appropriate amount becomes payable and
this should be added to the subscription due for the year. - Student membership is open to persons over the age of 18 who are involved in a full-time course of
higher education. In order to qualify, the name of the college and the course must be stated on the
application form or the membership renewal form. - Family membership is open to couples and any of their children under 18 on 1st April 2008.
- Subscriptions are reduced by 50% for all new playing members joining after 1st October 2008 and by
75% for all new members joining after 1st January 2009. - Subscriptions are due annually on 1st April. Renewal subscriptions paid on or after 1st May will attract
a surcharge of £5 or 10% of the subscription due, whichever is the greater. Under Rule 16, any
member intending to resign his or her membership must notify the Membership Secretary on or before 1st May in any year, otherwise he or she will be liable for that year's subscription.
