RYDE LAWN TENNIS & CROQUET CLUB
We are a friendly club situated on the outskirts of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. We play all year round on our eight tennis courts and from April to November on our four full size croquet lawns, with a full programme of activities for all ages and abilities. Open and Club tournaments are held throughout the year and teams for both sports are entered in Island and mainland leagues. We also have a full and varied calendar of social events.
Facilities in the Clubhouse include changing rooms with toilets and showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a clubroom with a bar. The Club has its own car park.
The Club is affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association and the Croquet Association and exists purely to promote the enjoyment of both sports to the widest possible range of players. We are a non profit-making organization, with all subscriptions used for the running and maintenance of the Club. Wherever possible we donate our own time and skills to keep our subscription rates as low as possible.
We welcome enquiries from anyone, be they experienced players, social players, adult beginners, people who haven't played in years, juniors or veterans. We also have facilities for disabled players.
